Frequently asked questions

The app can't find my location

GasOn needs location access to show nearby stations. Go to Settings → GasOn → Location and allow access. "While Using the App" is enough to see prices; "Always" lets the Home Screen widget refresh automatically in the background.

The widget isn't updating

The widget refreshes when you open the app. If you granted "Always" location, it also refreshes automatically as you move. Make sure location access is enabled in Settings.

A price looks wrong or out of date

Prices come directly from official government databases and are only as fresh as the data they publish. GasOn does not set or estimate prices. If a station looks off, the official source may not have updated yet.

How do I change my fuel type?

Tap the fuel selector in the app to switch between Diesel, Gasoline 95/98, LPG, CNG and others. The cheapest stations update for the fuel you choose.

Which countries are supported?

GasOn currently supports Spain, with more European countries planned.
