This Privacy Policy explains how the GasOn mobile application ("GasOn", "the App") handles your information. We have designed GasOn to collect as little data as possible.

GasOn has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email, or any identifying information. The only data the App processes is:

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your location is used in real time, directly from your device, to query the third-party services listed below, and is then discarded. Your preferences are stored only locally on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
To return fuel prices and display the map, the App sends your approximate coordinates directly from your device to the relevant official and open-data services. Each is an independent controller under its own privacy terms:
The government services above are located within the EU/EEA. OpenStreetMap is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom, recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection).
We do not retain your location. On-device preferences remain until you change them or uninstall the App.
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Because we do not store identifiable data about you, we may be unable to identify you, but you can contact us at gason@camacode.es for any request. You may also withdraw your location consent at any time in your device settings.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
GasOn is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly process data from children under that age.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
